Organization Terms
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Organization Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, the Levelge Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. They apply specifically to the creation and management of organization pages on the Levelge platform (the “Platform”). In the event of a conflict between these Organization Terms and the general Terms of Use, these Organization Terms govern with respect to organization pages.
Levelge is currently offered as a free, early-stage beta. Organization page features — including verification, transfer, and moderation tooling — are still being developed and may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable.
1. Purpose of Organization Pages
Organization pages on Levelge serve as official profiles for game development studios, companies, teams, and related organizations. These pages allow organizations to showcase their work, connect with the game development community, and attract talent, collaborators, and players.
2. Authorized Representation
By creating an organization page, you represent and warrant that:
- You are an authorized representative of the organization whose name you are using;
- You have the right to act on behalf of the organization in the creation and management of this page;
- You have the authority to bind the organization to these terms;
- The organization exists and is legally recognized;
- You are at least 18 years of age (there is no age requirement for the organization itself, only for the individual managing its page);
- All information provided during organization creation is truthful and accurate;
- You have all necessary rights to post any content on the organization page; and
- The organization page and its content will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
3. Verification and Competing Claims
Levelge may, at its discretion, request evidence of your authority to manage an organization page, such as a company email address, proof of employment, or other documentation. Levelge is not obligated to verify every organization page and does not guarantee the accuracy of any page.
If multiple individuals claim to represent the same organization, or if a dispute arises over control of a page, Levelge may request supporting documentation from each party, temporarily restrict edits to the page, or suspend the page pending resolution. Levelge's decision on such disputes is made on a reasonable, good-faith basis and does not constitute legal adjudication of the underlying dispute.
If you believe an organization page misrepresents, impersonates, or was created without authorization on behalf of a real company or organization, please report it to support@levelge.com.
4. Organization Rights and Responsibilities
As the creator and manager of an organization page, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the organization;
- Maintain the organization page in good standing;
- Respond to user inquiries and comments in a professional manner;
- Ensure all content posted represents the organization truthfully;
- Keep login credentials secure and notify Levelge of any unauthorized access;
- Transfer page ownership if leaving the organization, or delete the page if it is no longer needed.
5. Content Policies
Organization pages must adhere to all Levelge content policies. Specifically:
- All content must be appropriate for the game development community;
- No misleading or deceptive information about the organization or its products;
- No copyrighted or proprietary material unless you have the right to use it;
- No impersonation of another real company, studio, or organization;
- No offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content;
- Job postings and opportunities must be legitimate and comply with applicable laws.
6. License to Organization Content
Content posted to an organization page — including the organization's name, logo, banner images, descriptions, and other materials (“Organization Content”) — is subject to the same content license granted under Section 4 (User Content) of the Levelge Terms of Use, applied on behalf of the organization. By posting Organization Content, you represent that you have the organization's authorization to grant this license.
The organization retains ownership of its Organization Content. Levelge's license to use it is solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, and ends when the content or page is deleted, except where retention is required by law or where content has already been shared with and retained by other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
The limitation of liability set out in Section 18 of the Levelge Terms of Use applies equally to organization pages. In addition, the organization and its representatives agree that Levelge shall not be liable for:
- Any disputes arising between the organization and its members, employees, or the public;
- Content posted by users on or related to the organization page;
- Any business decisions made based on information on Levelge;
- Technical issues affecting the organization page.
8. Indemnification
In addition to the indemnification obligations set out in the Levelge Terms of Use, the organization and its authorized representative agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levelge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the organization page, including claims related to job postings, trademark or brand disputes, or misrepresentation of the organization.
9. Page Ownership and Transfer
Organization pages can be transferred to another admin of the same organization. The current owner can initiate a transfer from organization settings. After transfer, the previous owner becomes an admin and may leave the organization if desired.
If a sole admin becomes unreachable or leaves the organization without transferring the page, Levelge may, after a reasonable notice period, mark the page as unmanaged, restrict edits, or work with a verified representative of the organization to restore management access.
10. Termination
Levelge reserves the right to suspend or remove any organization page that violates these terms, our general Terms of Use, or any applicable laws. We may also take action if the organization no longer exists or if the page is no longer managed by authorized representatives.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Organization Terms from time to time. Continued management of your organization page after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
