Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Levelge is committed to making our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are actively working to identify and address barriers as the Platform develops.

Levelge is currently offered as a free, early-stage beta. Accessibility work is ongoing, and not every feature has been fully evaluated. We welcome feedback from users at any stage of that process.

1. Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target standard across the Platform. This includes considerations such as:

  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background;
  • Logical heading structure and page organization;
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive elements, including pause/play controls for moving content;
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users;
  • A skip-to-content option to bypass repetitive navigation;
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images.

Meeting WCAG 2.1 AA is our goal, not a guarantee of full conformance at every point in time. As an actively developed, beta-stage platform, some areas of the Platform may not yet meet this standard.

2. Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. As we introduce new features and pages, we review them against our accessibility standard and correct issues as they are identified, whether through internal review or user feedback. We prioritize fixes based on severity and the number of users affected.

3. Known Limitations

Because Levelge is in active development, some components may not yet fully meet our accessibility standard. We do not consider this list exhaustive, and we update our practices as issues are found and resolved. If you encounter a barrier not reflected here, please let us know using the contact information below.

4. Third-Party Content

Some content on the Platform — such as organization pages, user-submitted portfolio items, or embedded third-party media — is created or controlled by users or external services rather than Levelge directly. We encourage users to follow accessible content practices (such as providing alt text for images) but cannot guarantee the accessibility of all user-generated or third-party content.

5. Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Platform, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at accessibility@levelge.com. Please include, where possible:

  • A description of the issue you encountered;
  • The page, feature, or organization/profile involved;
  • The device, browser, and assistive technology you were using (if applicable).

We review accessibility feedback on an ongoing basis and will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues in a timely manner, prioritizing issues that prevent access to core functionality.

6. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically as our practices and the Platform evolve. This statement reflects our accessibility efforts as of the date listed above.
